Q: Do you have a line order minimum?
A: We do have a $10.00 line minimum for all orders. Out of stock items may have higher minimums.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Terms on approved account: 2% 10 net 30 days from date of shipment, payment via ACH or check only. Terms for credit card customers: due in advance of shipping. We accept MC/Visa and American Express, see payment information below.
Q: When can I expect delivery?
A: All orders will be confirmed via email same day. For parts in stock, we will ship within 1-2 business days. Parts not in stock will be advised of a delivery date within 1-2 days via second order confirmation email. Most store items have a 6-8 week maximum delivery, though actual lead times vary by item.
Q: Do you honor discounts for high volume purchasing?

Q: How do you ship your products?

Q: If I need a part tomorrow can you get it to me? If so, what is the deadline time to place my order?
A: We will gladly ship UPS overnight on stock orders received by 1:00PM Pacific Time.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: International orders are gladly accepted. Please refer to our Shopping Cart for pricing and scroll down to the International Orders Section of this page for additional information.
Q: I looked for the seal I need in your catalog but I am not finding the size I need to place the order. Can you get me the seal I need in the size I need?
A: Yes we can! Please contact us by telephone (805)547-2025 or email your request to email@example.com and we will be happy to meet your needs.
Q: I work on the Central Coast. Can I stop by your wearhouse to pick up my parts?
A: We do not have a service counter, so all orders must be placed via our online store or by purchase order. If you would like to arrange for the pick up of your order, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Also, please make sure not to send a blank subject line. This might be filtered by our host as Spam.
If we do not respond to your email within 1 day, it is possible we have not received it or it was filtered. AJRWeb, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment for customer without an approved account, via secure (SSL) online shopping cart: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Paypal (email:email@example.com). Billing address, email and card security code (CVV2) are REQUIRED on all credit card orders. If you do not provide this info, or it does not match bank info, your order cannot be processed and may be cancelled. All orders are processed electronically and checked for address and code match. We reserve the right to cancel any order which does not have CVV2 and AVS match.
All payments must be in US dollars and all payments must be made within three (3) days of the order date. Your card will not be charged until items are available in stock and ready for shipment. Your online order is not guaranteed to be in stock, we will email confirmation of receipt of all orders and advise a ship date once your order has been processed, typically within 1-2 days.
International orders are gladly accepted. Int'l web orders may be subject to customs/taxes fees to be paid by the recipient at the discretion of the country you're in. We have no control over customs/import charges and are not responsible for any charges incurred in your country upon receipt of any order from AJRWeb, Inc.. We reserve the right to verify foreign IP, domain, shipping and credit card information and the right to cancel any order in which verification cannot be obtained. Due to rampant credit card fraud from some countries, we may opt not to accept credit cards from those countries. We will not accept any order with an Indonesia, any African Nation or Georgia (the country, not the state) IP address, domain, host, email address, billing or shipping address. No exceptions.
International web orders can be subject to address verification and may require a fax of cardholder signature and copy of credit card, front and back, please fax to 805-547-2026.

All US orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping options are available via the online store’s checkout process, please use the pull down menu on the 1st page of checkout to choose your preferred shipping method.
Shipment tracking is available via UPS website at ups.com, we will provide a tracking number for all UPS shipments.
International orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service Global Priority). If you are having an order shipped outside the US, you MUST select the shipping option for your country. If you do not see your country’s option listed, please contact us.

Some countries have known postal problems and once a package leaves the US, it is in the hands of the receiving country's postal service. If tracking was not purchased, we have no control over finding a package stuck in another country's postal or customs service. We are not responsible for length of delibvery time.

AJRWeb, Inc. (known as Seller) warrants its products, when installed and used properly, to be free of defects and material to the first user/purchaser.
AJRWeb, Inc. will replace without charge or refund in full the original cost of any and all parts that fail due to defective material or workmanship. Malfunctions or damages from accident, abuse, misapplication, improper installation or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty, nor can AJRWeb, Inc. be held responsible.
It is expressly agreed that this warrant is in lieu of any other warranties and liabilities, expressed or implied, but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose and any liability for consequential damages arising out of the use of the product sold hereunder.
